Written between April and November 2012 after suffering a breakdown. The EP is called "Stop Pause Start" because my life effectively went on hold while I attempted to reconnect with the things that mattered to me. The music here (apart from the final track) has been written during my many months of therapy.

All proceeds from this EP will go to Mind, the mental health charity. They were there for me and my partner and offered some much needed support.

There is help out there. People DO care. Life can start again.
